About Destination Hudson

Rhonda Kadish serves as Executive Director of Destination Hudson, bringing a deep connection to the community and more than two decades of experience in local government, community relations, events, and nonprofit leadership.

Rhonda’s relationship with Destination Hudson began long before becoming Executive Director. During her time with the City of Hudson, where she served as Grants Coordinator, Special Events Coordinator, and Community Relations Manager, she worked closely with Destination Hudson as an ex-officio board member and helped support initiatives including HUDSONmART and ShopLocal/ShopHudson.

Her commitment to Hudson extends well beyond her professional work. For more than 20 years, Rhonda has been actively involved in the community, including serving as a board member and chair of the Hudson Park Board and as a founding member and past president of Friends of Hudson Parks.

Since joining Destination Hudson, Rhonda has focused on building on the organization’s strong foundation while creating new opportunities to promote Hudson’s businesses, preserve its history, and bring people together. Her first year has included refreshing Destination Hudson’s brand, reinvigorating signature events such as the Chocolate Walk, launching the Destination Hudson Art & Wine Festival, strengthening relationships with local businesses and community partners, and developing new ways to showcase all that Hudson has to offer.

With a passion for Hudson and a commitment to its continued vitality, Rhonda is helping lead Destination Hudson into its next chapter—protecting the history that makes Hudson special while promoting the businesses, events, and experiences that make it a destination.
